Ghent LEZ

The city of Gent is a low emizion zone. If you are coming by car, please make sure to register your foreign number plate on the site of City Ghent. You can register your vehicle with the online tool. Plenary sessions

11th EEHNC: 23rd & 24th of March 2023, will be held in the congress venue “Het Pand”: Onderbergen 1, 9000 Gent, Belgium.

Workshop location

11th EEHNC: 25th of March 2023, will be held at Ghent University - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine: Salisburylaan 133, 9820 Merelbeke, België.

Parking

For the plenary session we recommend to park your car at one of these parking lots:

- Parking St-Michiels: Sint-Michielsplein 8, 9000 Gent

- Parking Ramen: Ramen 23, 9000 Gent

For the workshop location, you can park at Ghent University at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. We will offer transport from and to the city centre and the workshop location.

Via Brussels airport

It's easy to travel from Brussels national airport to Ghent by train. You can take the Brussels Airport Express ( 4 trains per hour) to Brussels North, Central or South. From those stations, there are several trains to Ghent every hour. Please consult the website of the Belgian Railways (NMBS) for information about schedules and fares.

Via other airport

You can take high-speed trains from Paris (Thalys and TGV), Lille (Eurostar and TGV), London (Eurostar), Amsterdam (Thalys) and Cologne (Thalys and ICE). Every hour, there are several trains that leave Brussels South that stop in Ghent.
