The EEHNC organisation has collaborated with Hotel Service Utrecht, who have provided us with a tool which offers our delegates competitive, set (non-fluctuating) rates with flexible cancellation policies, fully refundable within the cancellation period. They have selected a list of hotels in various price ranges at walking distance of the city centre congress location, the Academy hall.

Parking

Seeing as the plenary sessions will be held in the city centre, roadside parking will be limited.

Following parking garages are all at a 10 minutes or less walk from the congress venue:

For the workshop location, you can park at Utrecht University at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Via Amsterdam Schiphol airport

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the main international airport of the Netherlands.

It's easy to travel from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to Utrecht by train. You can take the Intercity train (runs every 15 minutes) directly to Utrecht, which takes about half an hour.

Via Rotterdam the Hague airport

The popular regional Rotterdam the Hague airport receives several low-cost flights on the daily from various cities and regions accross Europe. You can reach Utrecht from here by taking a bus to Rotterdam central train station where you can hop on the train to Utrecht.

Utrecht Centraal is the only train station in Utrecht. It's the largest and busiest train station in the Netherlands and has 16 platforms where more than 900 trains depart daily for various local and international destinations. There are two bus stations near the station, one of which is located on the city centre side of the station and the other on the western side, together with a tram stop.
