Because the congress location is situated right in the city centre of Utrecht, which does not host many very large hotels, the EEHNC has decided not to collaborate with a single dedicated "congress hotel" this year.

As the congress will be held in the city centre of Utrecht, road side parking is limited. Following parking garages are all at a 10 minutes or less walk from the congress venue:

A good (and much cheaper) alternative to carparks when coming by Car to Utrecht is making use of the available Park & Ride possibilities. You can then make use of public transport to get to the city centre. You can find more information about the P&R here.

Via Amsterdam Schiphol airport

Amsterdam Airport Schipol is the main international airport of the Netherlands.

It's easy to travel from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to Utrecht by train. You can take the Intercity train (runs every 15 minutes) directly to Utrecht, which takes about half an hour.

via Rotterdam The Hague Airport

The popular regional Rotterdam The Hague airport receives several low-cost flights daily from various other cities and regions across Europe. You can reach Utrecht from Rotterdam The Hague by taking a bus to Rotterdam central station where you can take the train to Utrecht.

Via Eindhoven Airport

Eindhoven airport is the second largest of the Netherlands in terms of passengers served. It is slightly further away from Utrecht than the other airports mentioned above, but Utrecht can be reached with public transport in an hour and a half. By car, Utrecht is about an hour away from Eindhoven airport.

Utrecht central station is a large train station that receives many international and local trains daily. The train station is conveniently located at a 10 minutes' walk from the congress location.
